Refunds
All goods sold are non-refundable.
In the event of failing to collect orders for customers who opt for self-collection at the designated collection timings, customers should rearrange timings 2 hours before their collection timings. Customers should take note that there might be a change of collection location if they should miss the self-collection timings during working hours from 10am-6pm.

In the event of a complain, LilasBlooms Management team reserves the rights to a conclusion.
