Delivery Policy
Urgent Delivery
Our website calendar does not allow same day bookings. For urgent order please get in touch with us +65 97111995
Normal Delivery Hours
Normal delivery services from 10am-5pm. Place orders at least 3 days in advance.
Time Specific Delivery Hours
Time-specific delivery (10 AM–5 PM) is offered on a goodwill basis. Please specify a 3-hour delivery window in your request and place orders at least 3 days in advance.
Note: this service is unavailable on special occasions (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day). Delivery prices may vary for special timing requests.
Delivery Prices
Normal Delivery (10am - 5pm) - $15
Time Specific Delivery*/ Night Delivery (24hours) - $50
Same Day Delivery - $25
Additional $20 delivery charge on these locations: Jurong Island, PSA Port,
Army Camps, High Security Area, Changi Airport, Sentosa Island, Marina Bay Sands
*Time Specific delivery excludes normal delivery timings from 10am - 5pm. Delivery fees are non-refundableÂ
Delivery Location Change
Last-minute location changes will incur a $15 rerouting fee. To avoid this, please notify us at least 3 days in advance.
Self Collection
Blk 324 Hougang Ave 5 Singapore 530324 from 10am- 8pm
No extra charges will be charged upon for self-collection.
Bouquets
Do you sell artificial flowers?
No, we only offer fresh, real flowers to ensure the highest quality and authenticity for our customers
Can I customize my bouquets?
All bouquets are customisable. Please get in touch with us.
Payment
Redemption of Discount Codes
Enter discount code on the payment page. Discount is reflected on the same page.
No refunds or exchanges are to be made when discount code is applied.
Cancellation and Refunds
Changed your mind? No problem! Orders are processed only after payment clears. Completed orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
For cancellations made at least 3 days before the collection date, we offer a full refund.
Mastercard payments, refunds will exclude PayPal charges. To cancel, please contact us.
